LIMONAIA / FRESH MARKET
Limonaia keeps the original atmosphere: a bright, fresh space in which to smell the genuine scent of fresh products, as in the past. This is the first step of the process, where ingredients are not manipulated, nor transformed, but reflect their original shape, taste and scent. Guests will be able to buy seasonal ingredients from the Limonaia market, get inspired by some original recipes displayed on the showcases and get a taste of how those can be cooked thanks to the showcooking.
PERGOLA
Pergola has the aim to connect the three buildings and to give the user an experience through different points of view, enhancing the beauty of the villa’s gardens.
The process starts from wild nature to flower gardens.
Some PEEK-A-BOO spots show architecture details through the hedges.
GREENHOUSE /Â TEA ROOM
The greenhouse and the gardens were totally abandoned; D.I.M.A. concerns a total renewal of the greenhouse itself and both the side structures. The new space offers an exclusive sensorial experience, given through the transformation of fresh and natural ingredients, A fresh and cozy corner made of colors and scents, in which to understand the process that leads fresh flower petals to get transformed into delicious teas and infuses, or into unique fragrances, thanks to the savoir-fair of the perfume artisans.
RESTAURANT WOODSHED
It is the result of the complete renovation of what once was the woodshed of Villa Arconati. It aims to tell the development of the ingredients presented previously through an artistic cuisine, which goes to sum up the benefits of culinary art to the authenticity of the flavors and ingredients that are used. Much has been preserved of the typical atmosphere of the woodshed of a time: the warm atmosphere, the fireplace, the wood, the open space. The entire structure, since it’s the result of a development, contains and tells the stories of the previous ones.
